The suites are located in Kitsilano at the corner of Dunbar and 11th

Almond Park Suites are a 2-3 minute walk away from the important and well known intersection of Broadway and Alma Street on the west side of Vancouver. The Guest Suite and Laneway House benefit from the home being on a corner property, and therefore have seperate entrances and their own addresses on Dunbar street.

The area is one of the quiet tree lined streets close to parks, the beach, the University of British Columbia (UBC) and a busy shopping area with pubs and a wide range of restaurants. It is also very close to an important transportation hub allowing easy access to UBC, downtown Vancouver and the surrounding areas.

Almond Park Suites are named after Almond Park, a beautiful urban park a stone’s throw from the house. Almond Park was first opened in 1928 and offers a fantastic display of flowering shrubs, magnificent old trees and an open grassy area with a popular children’s playground and two tennis courts.
