Almond Park Suites are new and beautifully furnished short term accommodations located on the West Side of Vancouver, only a short distance from downtown Vancouver and the main campus of the University of British Columbia. We offer a 3 bedroom Guest Suite accommodating up to 8 people and a stylish 2 bedroom Laneway House with luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests on 2 levels. The property is located on a quiet tree lined street with ample parking and is only minutes away from public transport, a shopping area and the beautiful local community Almond Park.
Arbutus Garden Suite
The Arbutus Garden Suite is located in the main home and has its own secure entrance directly onto Dunbar Street. The suite has three double bedrooms, radiant in-floor heating in the bathrooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The main living area is spacious, bright and boasts a gas fireplace for that extra touch. The Guest Suite also has an extra pullout double bed in the living area offering to allow for a maximum of 8 guests.
The Cypress Laneway House
The Cypress Laneway House is brand new and was built to the highest standards by Smallworks, Vancouver’s preeminent Laneway home builder. Because the property is located on a corner this means the Laneway House has direct access to the main street and guests do not have to enter and exit in a dark lane. The Laneway house is built over two levels with two double bedrooms, a gorgeous and bright fully equipped kithen, two private outside patio areas and a lovely living and dining area. The Laneway Hosue is stylishly furnished with many touches of home and also includes a pullout double bed to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
The Arbutus Garden Suite and Cypress Laneway Hosue are ideally suited to business or university colleagues traveling for work, families with children and extended family, friends on an adventure or anyone wanting an attractive, stylish and comfortable alternative to hotels. Please note that the suites are non-smoking (you may smoke outside) and that we do not accept pets.
